1. Is Golden Sunset a beach resort?
Golden Sunset Village Resort & Spa is situated at the seafront but the beach is not yet swimmable. There are, however, five (5) huge swimming pools (each with different unique features).
2.Do you have special/discounted rates for children?
Children, two years old and below, gets free entrance to the resort.
3. Can we exceed the maximum allowable capacity per room?
Yes, depending on the type of room. Infants and children below 2 years old and sharing bed with an adult, is allowed free of charge. However, P500.00 is charged for each extra bed.
4. Can we bring our own food and drinks inside the resort?
To avoid any untoward incident, bringing in own food/dinks is strictly prohibited by the resort management. The resort has 4 restaurant outlets that offer a variety of choices. On special occasions like parties and weddings, bringing in food/drinks is secured by a waiver and a minimal service/corkage fee.
What about pets?
Pets (with the exception of trained guides) may not be allowed entry.

Can WE arrange for a prepaid buffet meal?
Yes, for a minimum of 30 guests or more.

Can you give us an idea how much it would cost us if we eat in your restaurants? What are the choices? Do you serve wine and liquors?
Price of food ranges from P80 to P500. Family style serving is good for 2 persons. You can choose from a variety of Filipino, Asian and Continental cuisine. We serve wine and beer at some restaurant outlets.

Do you accept Credit Cards?
The Resort has no credit card facility yet, but for guests’ convenience, the Resort utilizes a cashless payment scheme called ‘Passport’. It is a debit card that guests can use to avail of the products and services of the resort. It is available in P100 and P500-peso denominations.
For added convenience, clients can have their bills prepaid in any booking offices in Manila.

Do you have the facility for company team-building activities?
Yes. Arrangements can be made with the resort management for special activities.

What do you have for guests’ entertainment?
A live Band plays every Saturdays during peak seasons. There is an outdoor Cinema at the baywalk, lunchtime and dinnertime cultural shows every
weekend and special holidays. On Saturdays, guests can watch a grand parade featuring dancers garbed in colorful sea creature costumes.

Can you accommodate big groups?
Yes. The resort caters to a private party for 2 to a convention of 1000 persons
(on a day tour basis).

Do you accept wedding receptions, debut parties?
Yes. And yes.
12.
Is there a public transportation that can take us to your resort?
Yes. There is an FX terminal at the MetroPoint Mall in Pasay Rotonda that can take you directly to Calatagan.
The resort is just a short tricycle ride from the main highway of Calatagan. |
